You should learn when you make a mistake
But what if it’s not just you who’s at stake?
To learn is easy to do, to let go is not
Self-doubt may exist until you rot
Some are strong to stand back up
Some are weak to never again get up
Some are stupid to commit suicide
But whatever you do is for you to decide
You try to be strong but others think it’s arrogance
The things you do get misunderstood by chance
They fail to realize you’re not as strong as you seem
For deep inside you’re still that little girl who used to scream
Life scares you but you try not to show it
Yet be sure not to hurt others while you deal with it
Amidst all the obstacles, life is still a gift
