Me…

I guess I’ll just give you a list of what interests me… I think of myself as a jack of all trades but a master of none. I love to write poems and turn some into songs. I love to sing and somehow play guitar just enough to accompany myself. I attempt to record my songs (audio and/or video) but I’m not really knowledgeable or skilled in music and video production. Lastly, I am trying to get myself into photography.

On a non-artistic aspect, I love playing computer games–especially role-playing games–but I don’t usually play a lot at a time. Right now I’m focused on playing Guild Wars 2. I love how I can customize my characters in role-playing games. I basically play to make cute characters and not really worry that I suck at playing . 😛

When I don’t do all these stuff, I am working full-time since I graduated from the university in June 2013.

P.S. I love cats and I have tons of stuffed cats but never had a real one as a pet.

Why “The Troubled Poet?”

I am the troubled poet simply because I usually write poems when I’m troubled (yep). It seems like my urge to write poems just naturally come out whenever I feel uneasy, depressed, etc. In that case, somehow when I “force” myself to write under any other circumstance, my poems would not be as good.

I am not saying I will forever be troubled–in fact, I have been very happy for the past years–and that I will make myself one just to continue writing good poems. I may not be writing poems as much now but I am trying to keep it up with all the other stuff that’s happening in my life. Even though I may not be as always troubled as before, I consider that chapter of my life to be crucial for making me who I am now–and for that reason, I will never stop calling myself “The Troubled Poet.”

“The Tragic and Comic Dramas of My Poetic and Fiction-Like Freakin’ Life”, what?

This super duper long title was inspired by my Literature class where I learned about fiction, poetry and drama. I loved that class and I just thought it actually described my life at that time (2008).
